Home	Setting up filtering in Outlook Express.

Open Microsoft's Outlook Express by double clicking on 

Step 1: Click on the "Tools". Then click on "Message Rules". Choose "Mail"

Step 2: Then click on "New".

Step 3: Select the Condiotions for you rule. Then the action you want to take.
 The third part is defining the rule. What should Outlook Express filter?
